Sent my credit into collections for a bill I never once received. When I called, they informed me the bill had been mailed to the wrong address. I provided my correct address and ask they please mail me a bill, as I wanted to see an itemized list of what I was being charged for when I was admitted to the hospital for a dislocated thumb last March. She said they would gladly send me one. Months later, no bill and they continue to ding my credit. Had I not gone into the hospital myself and happened to speak to another woman who had experienced a similar situation, I would not even have the slightest clue who was billing me. Horrible business practice - especially in the medical field.

after getting no where with this physician in 6/2018, this week i start receiving harassing calls from a collection agency that says i owe 209.00. will not send me a paper bill, says they have. wants me to turn over my debit info and they hang up every time i get 5 words in. sucking their teeth, very disrespectful, i will not pay them i will pay the office and if they dont accept it, oh well. This company needs to get a better way of communication on bills. i will never return to Memorial, id rather die.

just an awful company. i was making payments on a bill. i had made two payments. all of a sudden i get a letter from a debt collection agency saying i owes more than what the remaining balance was. there needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company for this bull. now it’s on my credit report and killed my credit. just a terrible company. why do i get a 1200 dollar ER bill for a visit lasting no longer than 9 hours. seeing a doctor for 10 minutes out of that time. that doctor doesn’t even deserve 5 bucks for that visit.

So, tonight I goes to check my check report, scores, and identity when I notice there is a hospital bill on my credit report. I never received a bill, and it looks like they're over charging me for a visit to ER. I'm very disappointed to know that this company has done a dig on my credit., I can't go into the billing department because of the CONVID-19 situation, so I will call on Monday. However, This is the second time and I think it's time this company be brought to the light. I'm going to contact a news station or two and let them know that there are several people who are having a problem with this company. I am from out of town and had an unfortunate incident where I was escorted to Memorial. Upon arrival I refused any services. I was not given any HIPPA forms to complete and sign, so basically I was never admitted. Then I was escorted out. My escort who has no relation to me or is not allowed to make any decisions on my behalf must have given them my former contact information because all I know is I am in collections. I never received a bill or notification because they didn’t have my consent or proper information for that matter.
