I think these ratings vary depending on the surgery. I believe that when organizing my surgery, there was no organization because the receptionist didn't even know how much the surgery cost, and that led to the hospital charging me one day before the surgery. Regarding the doctor I had, despite all the complications I had after my surgery, she was always attentive to me. I think that aesthetically, part of my surgery will leave a scar, something I've had with other surgeries where they try to make it as inconspicuous as possible. I wouldn't have surgery there again because of the organization.

I have never in my life felt so unsafe at a practice. The office Manager is awful. Dr. Zhang made me wait over 2 hours and only spent 10 minutes with me. I ended up in the emergency room two days later with an infection. When I called this office they could care less. If I stay at this practice I will not survive. Dr. Zhang is to busy to care . The office Manager was rude and cold. She made excuses for me being in the emergency room. Its all about the money live or die.

This was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. Jessica Lam was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. During the exam, she suddenly pulled hair from the affected area without saying a single word — it was painful and completely unexpected. I was lying face down on the exam table, and after a very brief check, she simply walked out of the room without any explanation, leaving me there confused and exposed. There was zero communication or basic respect. I felt humiliated and completely disregarded as a patient. I would never recommend her to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Exceptional Care from Dr. Peige Zhou I had an outstanding experience at Georgia Colon and Rectal Surgical Associates with Dr. Peige Zhou. From my very first visit, Dr. Zhou demonstrated not only deep medical expertise but also genuine compassion. She took the time to listen carefully, explain my diagnosis in clear, understandable terms, and guide me through my treatment options without ever making me feel rushed. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and caring bedside manner made a difficult medical situation much easier to navigate. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and respectful, creating an environment where I felt truly cared for every step of the way. Thanks to Dr. Zhou’s skill and dedication, I felt confident and supported throughout my treatment and recovery.

Dr. Ambroze performed surgery on my daughter a few days ago and our experience with him was nothing less than perfect. Dr. Ambroze was highly recommended by my daughter's GI group. He was very informative and took the time to answer any questions that we had. Throughout the surgery we were kept informed of how things were going with phone calls from the nurse in the operating room. After the surgery, he met me at my daughter's hospital room and explained in great detail how things went. I'm somewhat shocked by the negative reviews and comments about him "not spending enough time explaining things", "didn't say much" etc. Please keep in mind that he is a SURGEON and not a customer service representative.
