Just finished my last follow up appointment with Dr. Caldwell. My shoulder surgery, which was categorized as massive and complex. It was on November 11, 2025. The entire process from diagnosis to post surgery follow ups was efficient, professional and of the highest standards. I never wanted to go through shoulder surgery, but I feel blessed to have chosen Dr. Caldwell and his staff to handle mine. I dealt with Dr. Caldwell and KIMBERLY in the office. The communication was outstanding. KIMBERLY was easy to communicate with via text and answered all my questions, big and small with proficiency and kindness. Thank you all for your outstanding work.

If there was a 10th star I would mark it. Dr Caldwell was a referal to me by a friend that got his shoulder done with 100% success. Then when meeting Dr Caldwell, the first impression was what I expected of a professional straight to the point doctor. I learned soon after a successful and smooth surgery, that Dr Caldwell is known as one of the best. To add icing to the cake: his office staff and surgical staff are the core to his operation: always answering calls and emails. I never waited more than maybe at most 5 minutes in lounge and at most 90 seconds in patient room. In and out at your pace. This medical office operation should be the litmus standard for all doctors offices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

Dr. Caldwell and the entire staff were phenomenal. Super nice and informative . My bucket handle meniscus tear surgery on the right knee went great. I highly recommend Dr. Caldwell. Don’t wait if you are considering getting advice, this is the place to go. The office and surgical center are World class , a beautiful facility and staff. Go Panthers!

Dr. Caldwell did an excellent knee surgery job. No more pain just like he said. Staff is very professional and kind/pleasant and always there to answer any questions and very quick in filling out paperwork and faxing it for my employer. Thanks again for the excellent work.
