Don’t ever go to this woman. She’s loud, rude, unprofessional. She will rip you off if you are not paying close enough attention. Always get second & third opinions outside of Geny Chan’s recommendations. She will lie & mislead you to believe things that aren’t true to get money out of you & your insurance. She lied & said a cavity came back in less than six mo after an associate she had covering for her filled in my tooth. I had no issues after her associate did the filling. Shortly after Geny comes back from her leave she says the cavity came back & me not knowing i believed her & allowed her to fill the tooth again. She intentionally drilled to deep causing extreme pain & sensitivity to the point she says now I need a root canal & crown. I’ve already paid this woman $1,300 for a previou

Horrible place to make a dentist appointment. The dentist is very disrespectful to patients and the assistants. If you want to watch the dental assistants get harassed in front of your eyes, go here. Geny Chan is a horrible person. Also, the place is unsanitary. I saw a roach on the wall.

I recently got a new filling for my back teeth and came out with a root canal issue. There was no issue before the appointment, but now I'm left with a $1,200 root canal treatment and a $1,300 crown that i have to pay for. I also got a filling for one of my front tooth and Dr. Chan made it too short compared to the other teeth. If i want to fix it, she wants to charge me over $300 more for something she did without consulting me.

I don't recommend this place. I've been with them for 2 years and there is always a lack of transparency. I go every 3 months for the last 2 years and they have little to no consultations with me about the progress of my treatment. They told me I have 3+ cavities despite having cleanings done every 3 months for the past 2 years and I have also been brushing. Went to see another dentist for a second opinion and they identified 0 cavities. Always trust your gut. Also PLEASE do not go to this dentist. It feels like they were trying to make more money off of me.

Absolutely amazing experience. The dentist scares me but every single aspect of this experience was comforting and encouraging. Dr. Geny Chan is doctor you a can trust your teeth and peace of mind to. She doesn't talk down to you which is objectively the most frightening and disconcerting part of past dental experiences. She's great, her staff is great, 10/10 I recommend.
