08-29-2025 I visited this speciality pharmacy today. I entered their doors desperate to restock wound care supplies for a large second degree burn. The gentleman pharmacist attended to me immediately by asking me what was wrong. I told him and he gave me the specific bandages and asked if I was starting to feel better. I appreciated his warm and caring tone. I wanted to hug him but of course I didn't. The entire five person staff was warm and friendly. I went to six different pharmacies but only found what I needed at this cute little speciality pharmacy in Aliceville. Thank you, dear pharmacist at Gentry Pharmacy, I didn't even ask his name. I had a mix up with a prescription with a previous pharmacy and Clint was so kind and patient with me to get everything figured out. He truly cares and you can tell. Every time I come, the staff is always very friendly and quick to help with any questions I may have.

We were visiting from out of town & were basically told go back to where we came from & that he was keeping this particular medication for locals only.

Sadly, I had a not-so-great experience at this pharmacy. I was unable to get my Rx filled at the lower copay issued and authorized by my insurance because the business losses money.... of no more than $100.00. I was given the option to have my Rx transferred elsewhere. Despite this experience, I still recommend supporting smaller pharmacies.
