Came in for appointment, front desk secretary was blowing her nose with tissues in front of her and us. She was sniffling and had a red face from blowing her nose so much. When she talked, she was had the distinct congested voice sound. Unbelievable in 2026 that a very sick secretary is running a dental office. Also immediately noticed the exterrior of the office was unkept with tons of tree debris all over the sidewalk and old cracked parking lot. Don't know how this place has any good reviews. I wonder how many of them are real.

DO NOT bring your kids to this dentist! We were walked into the exam room and the dentist walked in and didn't even greet us just laid my daughter back in the chair and started poking his hand in her mouth! I had to say "hello how are you" and he straight ignored me. I then had to walk out to answer a call and when I came back in he states that he can't do my daughter fill in because she's scared. I'm like what do you mean she's scared and he says I asked her would she be ok with a needle to numb and she stated what needle and therefore I can't do her fill in. I asked my daughter was she ok with getting the needle to numb her mouth and she said yes so I asked him what was the issue she isn't afraid. My son & I were both scheduled for a new patient appointment today. Upon entering the office, I was met with a horrible odor of mildew/wet carpet. We were both taken to the exam room together so I decided to let my son go first. The doctor came in the room, did not even introduce himself & started to examine my son’s mouth. Now keep in mind that my son is a 16 yr old boy who historically has had poor dental hygiene, has some visible crowding & reported bleeding gums on the way to the appointment. The doctor told my son he looked like Muhammed Ali & said everything looked good. I immediately questioned him & he stated he had to do X-rays but visibly everything looks good. Then he said the appointment was over & that he doesn’t do cleanings at new patient appointments because “ I don’t know

The dentist is awesome. He made my family and I confident again. He is gentle and I was not hurt at all. The front receptionist is sweet and very easy to talk to. I will never go to another dentist ... They make you feel more at ease and comfortable especially to be at a dentist office. Love them
