I have been a patient at this dental office for many years, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I was needing to have a bridge done and was told by the front admin clerk Ohana that I needed to wait for the insurance approval process. Unfortunately, I never received any confirmation or follow-up from her. When I called to follow up later to check on the status, she told me I did not have insurance and promised to call me back to see what was happening. Never heard back again!!! I had insurance the whole time. Months later have passed, and I still have not received any authorization or further updates.
