Gentle Dentistry

My visit to the dentist was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming, the wait time was minimal, and the office was very clean. The dentist was gentle, knowledgeable, and explained my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Tjna is very sweet friendly has great personality very kind she is the front desk little girl alover very nice servics she gave me really love this office I would recommend every one to come here it's A very beautiful,neat and clean office and doctors are very professional too

Dr. Ronald Creecy is an AWESOME Dentist. He’s very informative, kind, knowledgeable about his profession & cares about his patients comfortability. He did not have to numb me & was able to work on my teeth with a thorough job. The dentist office is very clean & the staff are welcoming. I recommend this office to whomever is in need of a dentist. I am very pleased with today’s visit.

I scheduled a dentist appointment for a cleaning of my teeth at Gentle Dental in Yeadon. I was told that I needed my filing redone because of decay on the side so I rescheduled an appointment to do the filing. Hours after I left the dentist office, my mouth immediately started to hurt. I call the dentist office to come back on an emergency appointment just for them to tell me that the tooth got infected within 24 hours. My mouth was hurting so bad that they prescribed me antibiotics. After I told the amoxicillin, my mouth still hurts. I can’t even eat on that side of my mouth anymore. It doesn’t feel like he refilled the tooth but I am scared to go back because I don’t want him ruining the rest of my tooth. I am so mad that I didn’t read the paper work because my mouth is still hurting. I

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent visit. This was my second appointment, and unfortunately, it will be my last due to several serious concerns regarding safety and professional conduct. During the procedure, standard safety protocols were not followed; specifically, neither I nor the staff were provided with protective eyewear. Furthermore, I experienced significant physical distress due to the assistant’s rough handling. Despite the procedure being localized to my upper left side, the force used resulted in lasting pain in my lower jaw. When I expressed my discomfort, the assistant’s response was highly unprofessional. Rather than addressing my pain with care, she mocked my reaction, which I found deeply dismissive and upset
