Gentle Dentistry

Should be called Little Shop of Horrors. New patient was given appt quickly which is as amazing. Anything past the desk was a nightmare. Cleaning with X-rays (nothing too complicated). Hygienist could not do X-rays..did not chart the teeth/gums…and then left me with bleeding gums and almost lost a tooth due to her losing control of the machine/handle during polishing. Can you imagine already having bleeding/raw gums and then a mechanical tool jump and get hit with in the mouth? I went to bathroom to get myself together, and it was even scarier. Holes and toilet paper holder ripped from walls. Grout covered In black filth..and a shower curtain hanging as a divider?! Thick dust piled on vents and filth. I have incredibly healthy teeth and gums and am left with pain, discomfort and distrust
