These are the nicest people. The doctors and staff. They helped me get an appointment with an endodontist for my son before his major surgery a few weeks away. They went above and beyond for me during this very stressful time. Very professional and I highly recommend. Thank you so much!!!

We love Gentle Dentist Spa! The staff is always so friendly and inviting, making sure to accommodate back to back appointments for my kids, which is so helpful. Our appointments are always starting on time, thorough, and as enjoyable, as a trip to the dentist could be. The dental assistants are awesome and so sweet, always smiling and happy. Our dentist is great and I always appreciate his honesty and approach. I highly recommend Gentle Dentist If you’re looking for a great dental experience and attentive staff! The beautiful fish tank, and the cute holiday tree in the waiting area are small details that my kids look forward to every time. :)

I paid in full for a procedure and left with a $0 balance. Weeks later, I received a $700+ bill due to the office not verifying my insurance beforehand. I was assured they would fix it with insurance and not to worry, but instead I was sent to collections. I would have never agreed to this procedure had I known I would be responsible for this cost. This situation has damaged my credit. They refused to take any accountability, would not work with me, and had a complete "oh well. Too bad, so sad" attitude about it. Extremely unprofessional handling of a billing mistake that was not mine. I will be removing my entire family of 5 from that office as well as making a formal complaint with the BBB.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist till I went here. The staff is amazing from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, dental assistants and to the dentist. I’ve had a lot of work done, more than I care to admit but Dr. Tremblay has never made me feel bad for not coming for years and always says we’re glad your hear and we’ll get it fixed. Painless and quick couldn’t recommend it more.

The staff were very nice from the front desk to the dentist. The office is very clean and spacious. They have updated equipment. Recommending them to family members and friends. Nikki cleaned my teeth. She did a great job and made me feel comfortable.
