Gentle Dentist

The Brownsburg office especially has been very patient and helpful with all questions that I've had. Because of their help with my 85 year old Mother in law, my wife and I decided to switch our dentist to this office. We had our evaluation and we are very pleased and they where able to get is scheduled for our cleanings in a timely manner.One next week and my wife in a few weeks.

I have been coming here for a while now. They generally make me feel like family. Great group!

Erica and Dr. Mustard were amazing. Friendly, very informative and made me fill welcome. I look forward to usinv yhem as my primary dentist in the future.

This is the 3rd time in the last 6 months my family has been told last minute that the hygienist had food poisoning and will not be available for our appointments. I cannot do this anymore. Time to move on and I would advise going somewhere else. If I would have call 1 hr. before my appointment, they would have charged me for the appointment. Do I get any type of fee for them cancelling. I am going somewhere else that apparently has more then just 1 hygienist.

If you are a new patient you get SEVERAL X-rays, an exam by the dentist and a periodontal charting by the hygienist, but you do NOT get your teeth cleaned. So if you have to take off work, this means you will be taking off for two appointments just to get your teeth cleaned. Their latest appointments are 3:00 or 3:10, so if you work later than that it can be a problem. I could not find an appointment time that worked with my schedule while I was in the office, I did not feel like my health was a priority. I have never experienced this before.
