Gentle Dentist

I went in for a root canal and I was very nervous. The doctor and the nurse who attended me were very understanding and attentive to my needs. I want them to know that I appreciate them for putting up with such a cantankerous, old man such as myself. You guys are very good at what you do, keep up the good work. Ken Stevens

The people in the back are always great as well as the dentist, and the newer office worker was pleasant. I WASN'T impressed by the office manager in the front trash talking about other past patients and deciding whom she thinks is a bad parent/mother. Very unprofessional for one and secondly where do you get off lady? How dare you judge anyone but yourself. You don't know what was going on in their lives or what struggles they have and to think you're so great that your perfect, how dare you. And to do it with people sitting up front my God. I've always liked this place but after that I may be shopping for a new dentist. I will be talking to the dentist about this as well, haven't had a good yet. I'd give 5 stars if not for the office manager and her actions.

Dr Parker created space in the office schedule for my emergent care for a cracked tooth, prepping for a crown as repair. He listened to my needs and created an environment of trust, and as gentle an experience as could be elicited with the task at hand. I was not the only emergency patient he attended to this day. I could hear his progress with the other patient, who was in great distress, and his calm, deliberate communication and work there deepened my trust in this Dentist.

Staff was kind and accommodating. I had two kiddos in at the same time. One anxious and one not so much. They let me go back and stand close to both while they received their service. Helped us all have a good experience

Dr. Parker and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and nice people to deal with. They are very understanding and provide quality care with amazing chair side etiquette. I have never dealt with such a caring dentist and staff like they are. Definitely recommend!
