Gentle Dental Wood Village

I would not recommend Invisilign here (which is why its 3 stars instead of 4 or 5). The staff is lovely, the billing is accurate all but one time in the past 13 years, and the dental hygienist is the best in the business! It's perfectly fine as a dentist and the orthodontic assistants are very friendly and helpful. The problem comes in to play with the lack of accountability by the orthodontic team for the Invisilign progress. To sum up: great people, nice office, good dentist, great hygienist but I would recommend going elsewhere for your Invisilign or perhaps get metal braces here instead.

Wood village gently dental did a great job i boke a tooth and I will be back to have it fixed. And get the rest of my dental work done. The\nDentist explained to me everything that needed to be done , and that was great. The lady that brought me back in to the room. She was funny and made me at ease.so thank you

Everyone was real nice, hygienists, assistants and the dentist for that day. He seemed very concerned for my oral health. Very clean, and thorough questionnaire. The bad. This is nothing against the staff, but rather against Gentle Dental. It seems who ever runs these establishment cares for profit than patient’s well being. My mother is a dental hygienist and my teeth cleaning with gentle dental did not seem thorough. Upon reviewing my teeth she noticed a lot of missed calculus on my teeth, and finished the job. I don’t blame my hygienist but rather whoever organizes it. Because it seems they do not give their staff enough time to do a good job. I’m not sure if I will go back. I would recommend to anyone else to search for a private practice as it seems they care more for their patients

Absolutely love the whole bunch here, from the lovely receptionists to the hygienist Sonny, to the Dentist. The whole place is full of smiles. They go above and beyond every visit to make the joy of dental work as easy as possible on us patients. It's super clean and I always get a how are you?. I appreciate the quotes before any work, as I personally am a budget stricter. My smile gets better every visit. No new cavities for me.

Even though it was the week of Christmas, you had an opening and were able to get me scheduled in. Once there I was seen immediately by a very nice assistant and the dentist was very knowledgeable , professional and friendly. Gental Dental facilities have the best staff and dentists, and this one was no exception.
