Gentle Dental Thunderbird

I came here because I choose the wrong plan when choosing my coverage. The dentist told me I would likely need to pull my teeth. When I pushed back it was at that point I got a referral. Not to mention the absurd amount I have to pay for a deep root scaling cleaning $120 I immediately called my insurance provider and requested to be sent to another dental office. It was very unclean very disorganized. There were tons of papers scattered all about the front office with people's personal information. I just can never see myself going back here. The people were nice no complaints. Not to mention, I was supposed to get a cost sheet of coverages that the dental office stated I would need for my treatment, I never got that either. Super confusing. I definitely just will not go back.

My son having bad anxiety I explaining to Lora in the front about it she was awesome, and understanding and Leo who took the x-rays was quick and patient but most of all Dr. Howard was very understanding, professional on how he explained and answered all of our questions. He was very gentle and patient with my son. Dr. Howard, Leo and Lora made my son feel very comfortable and happy they are a great team I will recommend my family and friends to go to them. Took time off work for an appointment last week, only to be told the day of that they had to reschedule. Annoying, but shit happens, so i rescheduled for today. I left work early, sat in traffic for over an hour, rushed home to get ready, and arrived one minute before my 4:00 appointment. Checked in and sat down. Around 4:15, dude at the front desk staff did briefly tell me I should be getting called back soon. After that? Nothing. No further updates, no acknowledgment. Around 4:30, I could literally hear dude whispering about someone should go check the back to see what's going on because my appointment was supposed to be at 4:00. The waiting room was empty. I had the best experience at this dental office. I am working out of town and have had a hard time with finding a dentist that can help with a root canal needed A.S.A.P. When I walked in I was immediately took in by the staff and was expedited to get seen and too fix my tooth all within a few hours. The Dr's insured me that they will work with me to handle everything I needed, then proceeded to have the best dental work I've had done to me. I highly recommend this dental office for any dental work done for any age. One of a kind

Well, we're almost finished with the process, and Im completely pleased with the results. My choice to rely on gentle dentle proved beneficial. Although we had to give extra effort and go the additional step , The staff powered through all challenges with courtesy and professionalism. SHOUT OUT to the welcoming staff and smiling faces.
