I was very happy with my experience. Everybody there was courteous and friendly. The lady cleaning my teeth was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cressman was polite and helpful. I’ve been going there for years. I’ve always had a good experience.

Very friendly staff! I went in for a toothache and was able to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Took me in and said all my 4 wisdom teeth and my 2 bottom molars needed to be extracted. They went over financial stuff and guided me to make sure I was 100% comfortable with local anesthesia or to be put to sleep. I'm so glad I went with local anesthesia the procedure went really smoothly, Dr. Cressman is the only dentist that does extractions at that location. Only thing that was painful was the numbing process and I did not feel a thing while they were pulling out all 6 teeth. They gave me post op instructions and Dr. Cressman was more than pleased with by how quickly I was healed by 6th day. I couldn't be happier with my decision to be a patient at this location. You can find a more detailed review on Yelp, so I will give a synopsis here. In a nut shell, I could not ask for a better team of providers. From the front desk staff, especially the billing staff, dental hygienist, assistants and Dr, I have never felt more comfortable, recognized and cared for more than by this office. Dr Cressman pops in, makes sure to ask how I’m doing, does the work, painlessly, and pops out, after saying a final goodbye. Their one priority is to make sure I am comfortable and not in pain. I was going to name staff, but I am afraid I will miss someone. So suffice it to say they know who they are and know how much I appreciate them. Bottom line, I would never change where I go for my dental needs.

I’ve been a patient here for over four years, but the quality and professionalism have dropped drastically in the past year. The constant turnover of front staff was the first red flag, and my most recent experiences confirmed those concerns. I had teeth removed and was given a flipper, which from the start was made incorrectly. The impressions were poorly taken “something I pointed out at the time” yet they refused to redo them. The flipper never fit properly, popping out like a spring, stabbing my gums, and requiring 4/5 separate “adjustments” that still didn’t fix the issue till the actual dentist fixed them. Everyone in the office is so sweet and helpful !!! My dentist Todd Cressman is the very best with the best care and his personality is wonderful!!! He is excellent at his work !!! No pain ever and always beautiful work done!!!!
