You guys, I have to say, Dr. Susman is truly the BEST dentist I have EVER had, and this isn't my first rodeo! Her generous listening and replies made me feel comfortable right from the start! Dr. Susman's staff is kind and capable. Every interaction was like smooth running system! Seriously, Dr. Susman's Gentle Dental office on Shea is such a refreshing and comforting experience! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Susman!

Almost zero wait time for my appointment, the office and exam rooms are very comfortable and immaculate. I highly recommend Dr. Sussman, she is the best and makes you feel very comfortable, taking time to answer any concerns. It's evident she cares about patient comfort and care. It doesn't get better that that. In fact, the whole staff is extra special.

The staff is incredible. The dentist is fantastic. I have been with her for over 20 years her knowledge or concerns and willing to help you is outstanding. They always keep you communicated. They always tell you what’s going on always professional clean a terrific place to go and most people don’t want to go to the dentist, but because of this it does make it more reasonable ha ha

Dr. Sussman is excellent! Always kind and caring! Destiny, her long time assistant is highly skilled and fantastic! I really like her! The front office receptionists are rude, non caring and horrible on the phone. They leave patients holding on the phone for an EXTREME length of time and never pick up the phone to let you know that they will call you back. If it weren’t for Dr. Sussman and Destiny, I would never return to this office. Thank you Dr. Sussman and Destiny for making my visit so pleasant.

Dr. Sussman was my dentist for several years. She changed locations to one that was more than twice the distance from my home. I liked her so much I followed her. She is a great dentist!
