Gentle Dental Santa Rosa

They are indeed gentle. I really like this office! The facilities are VERY clean and in good repair. Everyone from the front desk to staff in the back is extremely nice and friendly. The hygienist is very personable. The dentist, can't remember her name, is friendly and very good at what she does. I had 2 crowns done in one visit and it was fast and painless. I'm glad I found this group of professionals 😁

1st appointment in the process of getting new dentures (top & bottom). YAY. I arrived 7 minutes tardy, luckily they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciate. Everyone is so nice there! Plenty of parking too, which is always nice. Looking forward to next appointment - how many dental appointments can you say that about.

I can't leave zero stars, so one will have to do. I went in for an initial appointment as I was changing dentists. The receptionist requested an insurance card (which I've never had or needed), and I explained to her that I don't have one. She then got an attitude with me about getting it from the insurance company. I was then taken back and had my initial appointment including x-rays. The dentist and assistants were very nice and kind during the appointment. Following my appointment, I returned to the receptionist desk to schedule my cleaning, and I informed the receptionist of the days I could come in, and she said she couldn't schedule anything at the moment and she would call me to get me scheduled (3+ months later I have yet to receive a call to schedule my cleaning). The office staff was great. Very nice and professional. They went out of there way to make my wife comfortable ( in wheelchair ).it nice to see a dentist care . Love everything about this dentist. Wish I had found them a long time ago. Thank you.

First visit, and have not been to the dentist in years, it was a couple of hours but I was treated very well and everyone was very pleasant. It’s never fun for me to go to the dentist, but I was very happy with the results. See you in 6 months.
