Gentle Dental Rosedale

I started taking my daughter here and they are amazing! She really likes everyone there. Everybody is so sweet and they take you through all the treatment plans. They’re really really good. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very warm , professional welcome. The staff and especially the Doctor , were phenomenal, very thorough in explaining, treatment needed . I was fortunate to start treatment same day, due to a cancellation. Doctor very gentle and considerate to my dental anxieties… I will definitely recommend this dental office to family and friends

I had scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, but after waiting almost an hour to have been seen by the dentist she recommended a cleaning, but the correct staff was not scheduled for that day so I had to make another appointment. The scheduler did not take into consideration the appropriate staffing required for the indicated appointment. In addition, when asking the front desk about fees that my insurance would not cover she was very unclear. This did not help in order to be prepared for my second appointment. She was also being rude when I asked clarifying questions.

While I found the receptionist with blonde hair very helpful and attentive, I was disappointed with the interaction with the receptionist who had glasses and brown hair. She was rude from the beginning and totally unhelpful. After I completed my appointment, I waited for confirmation that I was finished. Instead, she took another call and seemed focused on that. When I asked if there was anything else I needed to do, she put her head down and ignored me, twice. However the actual dentist is great!

Thank you Gentle Dental for making my daughter feel comfortable, the orthodontist was very easy to talk with and explained everything my daughter needed with grace and professionalism. The receptionist is friendly and has a smile on her face , the assistant that helped us was very professional and explained to my daughter how she should be brushing.
