Gentle Dental of Haverford

I was a patient 3 years ago…and since my new dentist asked me to provide a review, it makes me remembering about this place so i review now. The dentist was great, he did my crown perfectly but the management was horrible. My schedule was the first one in the morning and they made me wait for over 1 hour. I noticed there were other patients waiting as well and some patients came after me, but got in before. My appointment was the regular check up and cleaning. When i was with the hygiene tech, i asked her why i had to wait since my appointment was the fist one, she said it was 2-3 patients were scheduled at the same time and with her. She didn’t know why it was done that way, it was how they did it here. So even other patients were scheduled the same time with me but they came in after me,

My husband and I both started going here this past week, both of us with serious trauma from our last dentist. Not only was Dr.Nached kind and calm, but he listened to us. We both left completely astounded that we could get our teeth worked on without feeling pain. I'm not kidding you when I tell you I started out tearing up I was so worried to almost falling asleep in the chair. I'm very grateful. 5 stars for Dr. Nached!

Great experience! The entire visit was excellent. The staff is very friendly and explained everything clearly. The Dentist was kind and did excellent with my procedure. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

First, experience went amazingly. I needed an extraction, I was in unbearable pain. Got it fixed so quickly. OFFICALLY, my dentist from now on!

The dental hygienist was wonderful- knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything she did as she went. A weird scheduling thing, though- I have confirmation that I originally scheduled my appointment for 2:20, but over the next few weeks got confirmation emails that said 2:10, and then a few weeks later, 2:00. I had time to get there at 2:00, but it was weird that it kept changing.
