Gentle Dental

I was encouraged to come to Gentle Dental after being with the same dental practice for about 10 years. Unfortunately that practice is too far now and I needed somewhere closer. I didn't want to choose just any dentist though. I've been told nothing but positive things about Dr. Kaur and the staff so Gentle Dental was the obvious choice! I did have to wait some time on the day of my appointment but they were proactive and called me earlier in the day to see if I was available sooner. Things happen, practices get busy. I work in healthcare so I completely understand these things. The staff were very kind and apologetic. Gentle Dental truly lives up to it's name. Dr. Kaur made it a good experience and at some points I almost liked getting my teeth cleaned. I think this would be a great plac

From start to finish I my appointment was flawless, seamless and efficient. I was able to make my appointment without any problems and at my convenience. When I arrived, the staff was pleasant, kind and attentive. My dental hygienist was gentle, kind, informative and educated me on my dental care and cleaning as each step was happening. The dentist who performed my exam was also gentle, kind and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Kaur and the Gentle Dental practice!

As a person with general dentist anxiety - I put off going to the dentist for much longer than one should. Every single person in this office is kind, understanding, & compassionate. Truly “gentle” care - stopping as needed, telling you what they’re doing, recommending treatment / products / etc, & being upfront about payment. I left feeling great about my experience, comfortable, happy with a treatment plan, & knowing that I’ll actually not be dreading my next appointment. The office itself is also very nice with big windows & warm colors - making it much less clinical. It’s also very easy to get to & there is a very spacious parking lot in the back of the building. I personally had a great experience & would recommend them - especially to those putting off your visit due to anxiety.

Had a great experience there for my first appointment. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. It’s so important to feel like you trust your dentist and I’m happy that I found a practice that fulfills that for me. Also appreciate that they accept my insurance. :)

Didn’t have to wait long. Hygienist was very gentle and let me know what she was doing each step of the way and checked on me. It was an anxious experience since I hadn’t been to the dentist in 4 years but I actually left feeling relaxed! Great experience.
