Overall I am happy with the service here. The doctor and assistants are very nice and friendly, they communicate well and answer all questions before any procedures. Barely had any pain. I am happy with the results. The only issue is that they book so far out, but it’s understandable due to the high volume of patients they have.
SUPER FAST and FRIENDLY! I felt absolutely comfortable in the procedures. Everything was explained very clearly at all times. Mack DDS is awesome/flawless! And Jackie was absolutely amazing!!! Definitely recommend!! 10 Stars!!!
I have ptsd , head injuries, seizures. They take such good care of me abd work hard to have a plan that brings some hope. I really appreciate all of them. One women held my hand during an extraction. They all are so compassionate and professional. This location gets overwhelmed with too many Ohp. They need another location. Or open for hygiene/ cleanings right next door
Dr. Jones is so gentle, and makes you feel so comfortable. I had a really bad experience with a dentist as a child. I had a lot of fear going to the appointments. But Dr. Jones is so welcoming, gentle, and friendly. She allowed me to feel very comfortable. Thankyou Dr. Jones.
Staff seemed very inexperienced and not professional. First dental visit I’ve ever heard yelling “ow!” and other exclamations from the back while I was in the waiting room. I left the office with welts under my tongue, and I didn’t even get a cleaning or any kind of big work done. They don’t do well when it comes to dentist anxiety, either. I’m afraid to return even for a simple cleaning because I’m nervous about what other sores or tooth chips I might leave with again…
