Gentle Dental Lynnwood

I removed my last review for this facility as they called and told me that they sorted it out but this facility is really worst. They charged for braces for my daughter to insurance on a complimentary visit on 07/21/25, they sent me another invoice today to pay deductible of $500 for the service which is not even done. They guys are horrible. Opening a case against them tomorrow and complaining against them to head office.

This place treats their employees like crap. I'd rather have a hot spike drilled into my teeth than go here. Also, some dentists do not have certifications they say they do. Make sure to ask to see them before you let them in your mouth.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Thomas Vu and Dora! They've truly made my visits to the dentist enjoyable. They’re incredibly patient and accommodating, which means a lot to me since I tend to feel anxious about dental appointments and being neurodivergent makes it challenging. Every time I'm there, I feel completely at ease. Plus, the front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming! Thank you for making it so much easier to come to the dentist! :)

Had so many nice things to say about this place. Finally felt like I was actually a patient and not just another money opportunity for some nurses to fleece. Guess I was horribly wrong. Got quoted over 2.5k for a root canal bc they didn't take my insurance like their website claimed but it was an emergency, then I got mail today telling me "oh actually you owe us another 875 dollars!" Awful practice. Yet another garbage "clinic" that preys apon people in some of their most desperate moments. Genuinely predators. The devil himself has more integrity than you people and this company.

Had an excellent first visit. Front desk staff were both courteous and friendly. My dental assistant/hygienist was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable as she took a lot of X-rays in a very timely manner. Not hurried just efficient. My dentist was equally as nice as the rest of the staff and put together a plan on the spot that made sense. Very happy with the experience! 5 stars
