The dentist and staff at Gentle Dental were exceptional. They listened patiently to my horror story about a fancy corporate dental practice down the street who refused to even perform a cleaning if I didn't agree to their deep cleaning procedure they claimed I needed (and which cost hundreds of dollars!). The staff at Gentle Dental looked at my teeth and told me honestly that they could use my insurance and give me my covered cleaning. The dentist and staff are kind, honest, trustworthy, experienced and competant. As long as I live here, I will go to Gentle Dental.

At my very first visit with Dr Pendleton he told me I had a tongue tie-something NO dentist or hygienist had ever mentioned ALL my years of dental visits. They did a great job cleaning my teeth and then he gave me the name of someone who could fix the tongue tie. I had it fixed, and it was life changing! I cannot recommend Dr Pendleton and Gentle Dental enough! He noticed something that wasn’t really part of my tooth cleaning and cared enough to talk to me about it. He didn’t just assume I already knew about it or blow it off because it wasn’t my teeth. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars, I am so happy with my experience here.

They are great at what they do. They know your name when you walk in the door and greet you with it (how do they do that??). Dr J is great and has made this process very smooth and easy. He always answers my questions and takes his time and as a veteran he has even set me up with some VA friendly periodontist to help with some neglected dental work I avoided in the past. If you want to give yourself the gift of a healthy mouth, great smile and not having any pain then go see Dr J.

Several dentists had told me over the years that I would need to have an expensive and painful procedure done ASAP to replace some very old dental work. Dr. Pendleton said, "Technically, it should be giving you problems by now; however, your x-rays show no problems and if you're experiencing no problems, I'm not going to do something that extensive if you don't need it!" That was 10 years ago, STILL haven't needed it the procedure. I have never gone to another dentist since. Highly recommeded.
