Gentle Dental Kids Medford

My husband took our son to see Dr. Zirkle for an infection caused by a previous root canal done at Timber Kids. Unfortunately, the original procedure led to complications and infection. We’re very grateful for Dr. Zirkle. Based on what my husband shared, he was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and helped Jadon feel calm and comfortable during the visit. He’s taking the appropriate steps to properly treat the infection, and we truly appreciate his care and professionalism.

We ❤️ Dr Zirkle and the entire team at Gentle Dental kids! They are kind, caring, explain things thoroughly and always greet my 3 children and I with warmth and cheer! Aside from their congenial and friendly manner, they are prompt, take excellent care of their patients and do a great job at dentistry overall! Grateful for all of you!!! My kids all genuinely enjoy going to the dentist bc of you all, thank you!

Very fast and great experience. Parents should be allowed back with their children. They know what is best for their own child and every parent and child is different. It should be up to the parents discretion not the dentist. If people are trying to keep parents out of it, it doesnt feel right or correct. We may just have to go to a place where parents are allowed to make the decision not the dentist.

We have been going here for years with multiple kiddos, and I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is genuinely sweet every time we come and I’ve learned to really appreciate this especially when not all offices and medical establishments have this. I’ve had such discouraging and awful encounters at other places when regarding your child’s health you really need people who care about first impressions and navigating a mother’s concern and child’s stress. It’s not a job for everyone!!! So I really want to emphasize just how amazing they are because I don’t think I’ve seen one person having a bad day there and bring it to work! My kids don’t care for the dentist but they always leave in a better mood than when I brought them in, just good energy all around !!!!!! 🫶🏽

My wife and I recently brought our son in for a tooth extraction. The nurses and Dr. Zirkle were patient, kind and caring to all of us. Taking as much time as needed to assure us it was the right decision and allowing us the freedom to make the right decision for our family. No rushing, no pressure. Everything you could hope for in a children’s dentist. Thank you all.
