The ladies were so amazing! Harley at the front desk brought the best energy and really helped calm my anxieties. Dr. Shaffer was amazing and was so gentle and really made me feel so comfortable. Thank you gentle dental crossroads staff for helping me!! 🫶🏻

I appreciated how friendly the staff was, but I was really disappointed by the lack of follow-up. I came in for a consultation expecting to move forward with treatment quickly. I was told I would receive a treatment plan and cost estimate based on my insurance, but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received anything. When I called to follow up, they said they needed to confirm something with my insurance and would call me back, but I still haven’t heard anything. It feels like I wasted my time coming in when I wasn’t given the information needed to move forward, and it left me feeling unimportant as a patient.

This was my third visit, and the experience was bad enough that I walked out of the appointment. The dentist was rude and condescending every time I saw him. On my first visit, he made unnecessary comments about my age and brushing habits. On this visit, he refused to do two caps because he didn't want to numb both sides, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I can tolerate some disorganization, but this office felt completely unprepared. No one seemed to know what was going on, and the lack of coordination made the appointment uncomfortable and frustrating. As I walked out, the dentist actually laughed, which was the final straw. I've never felt so disrespected in a medical setting. I won't be returning and would not recommend this office.

There isn't enough space to tell you just how wonderful Dr Ford and his office staff are. Allie and Lex are amazing ladies, they care in every way, they always help calm me no matter what I'm stressing about. Harley is wonderful. She was so helpful to me making my visit about care and not all about money. The work done by Dr Ford is the best dental work I've ever had done. He has had to actually teeth fixed that other dentist have really messed up. Ruth is awesome making sure I'm comfortable and helps Dr Ford get the best results. The staff I didn't mention by name is always so considerate, respectful and truly cares about me as a person. Everyone is so calming to me when I feel stressed. I have the upmost respect for the entire staff. Thank you to everyone at the Gental Dental Crossroads

I had the BEST experience with Gental Dental. The front staff was amazing and the Dental assistant was beyond amazing. Dr. Kovas was Awesome the information he provided me was what I was looking for in a Dentist. SMILES all around for excellent customer service
