This was my first time going to this office. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They help guide me through the whole process and we’re very comforting throughout. They explained to me all the benefits I was getting and made it clear what I needed. Doctor Randhawa was very straightforward and very thorough. He was very nice and polite. I am definitely coming back for anything regarding my teeth!

All the other reviews perfectly reflect my own experience. For a medical practice, it’s deeply concerning that patients who come here expecting care cannot receive standard treatment without being pressured into additional upsells (that in my full life of going to the dentist have never been told were necessary). Left without a cleaning after being in the office for an hour.

I came to Gentle for a cleaning and a mouth guard replacement through my DeltaCare HMO plan and was disappointed with my experience. The biggest issue was a lack of transparency around treatment costs. While I was in the chair, a front desk staff member briefly showed me a document and said the total would be $600, without explaining that this was in addition to what I was already paying out of pocket. Several higher-cost treatments were not clearly disclosed or explained, and it was not made clear what was covered by insurance versus out of pocket. I only learned at checkout that my total bill was $1,200, which was a shock. I was also in the office for nearly two hours, and it’s extremely difficult to reach the office by phone or email. Changing my review from 5 to 1 star. First couple of experiences were great. Today when I asked how to work on my dental hygiene they told me to "try harder". Then I asked about scheduling an implant, they were super dismissive of that and then said I needed to see if I was eligible for an implant with a $150 consultation. I just had a bone graft done last week for an implant so that definitely seems like something that should have come up then. Seems like a bs money making scheme. Left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. Bummer. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The most caring and gentle team I've ever seen. I have debilitating anxiety when it comes to dental work and I was in very good hands here. So sweet and thoughtful. Really made me feel human.

I had a positive first experience at this bustling dentistry office. I made an appointment online, received a phone call a day later to verify insurance, an electronic survey to complete ahead of my appointment, and multiple reminder texts. Very easy and streamlined process. The office itself was pleasant, clean, with beautiful flowers on the desk. The front desk staff were competent and efficient. The x-ray technician was friendly and very adept; she made getting 18 x-rays bearable! (I’m not someone who loves this process!) Finally, the assessment and cleaning by the doctor and hygienist were very pleasant and efficient. I will be returning for a second visit.
