Gentle Dental Charleston

The dentist is fantastic. The hygienist is fantastic. Even the staff is good! The thing that is terrible is the billing! I have good insurance and I know what should be covered, but for some reason they always have an issue with coding, or something like that! A month after I go there, I'll get a bill for something that should have been covered! I'll call and try to sort it out, but they take so long to respond that it's past the time that things can be done! But, again, the dentist is very nice, gentle and caring!

First time going here to ask getting dentures and I was so happy I did, everyone here are so professional , seem like everyone love to work here. Dr. Sheikh is the best!!! He listen to you and treat you like family. The office is very clean and have great music playing over the speaker 😁. They accept culinary insurance and will get you in right away for an appointment . I highly recommend Dr.Sheilk for any dental issues.

Dr. Aman Sheikh is a great dentist. He is very professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The crowns he placed for me turned out excellent — they fit perfectly, feel very comfortable, and honestly feel just like my natural teeth. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend him.

Been coming here for years, always super kind, understanding professional, ( dare I say, friendly to all types ) I won't go anywhere else. However Why do they always have the radio up, whole I sit under a speaker, and you can just forget, FORGET, about them just doing what every other place does and puts on a low impact kids movie. Or a movie. Or turn ON the t.v. Not _Ever_

I had such a wonderful experience at Gentle Dental thanks to Aman and his assistant Janette. Aman is truly one of the kindest, most gentle, and compassionate dental professionals I’ve ever met. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and you can genuinely tell that he cares about his patients’ comfort. His calm and reassuring presence makes such a difference, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous at the dentist. Janette was also amazing!! so sweet, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire visit. She made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time, and together they made the experience feel smooth and stress free.
