My experience was awesome and this is from a person who lives with dental anxiety and trauma. Each of staff I interacted with was friendly, warm, patient, compassionate, and comforting. The dentist had the same qualities as above but is so professionally skilled and as I was having a lengthy 4 hours procedure he always checked in to see how I was feeling as he was working and let me know what he was doing every step of the way while referring to me by name. He also complimented me on my new smile!

At Gentle Dental all of my needs were met with professionalism, honesty and tender care. Every staff member was pleasant , patient with questions and focused on me and my needs. The dentists are incredible , in particular Dr. Cindy who has made all of my visits comfortable . I highly recommend Gentle Dental for all of your dental needs !

There is only one word to describe this dental office. Fantastic!! From the caring and compassion from all the hygienists and dentists to the front end staff making you feel welcome and at home. Dr Hiess is the absolute best. Not only is she knowledgeable and explains everything in full detail, she also has a great sense of humor and knows how to make you feel relaxed in the chair.I always have complete confidence and trust in her plan of care.Dr Hiess and the entire staff make you feel like you are part of their family.
