Gentle Care Dental

I been this dental office today and overall my experience was incredible. The place is so neat and clean and the staff were very friendly. Especially Dr brent is amazing and knowledgeable and sandra and chriss were super friendly and helpful. Everyone over there are knowledgeable and awesome!! Thank you guys for taking care of me. Best dental office.

Came in after seeing they had experience with people with anxiety. It was a good decision! Not only was everyone I talked to kind and cheerful, but they really lived up to the “Gentle” in the name! Dr. Kim and Sandra were very patient with me and were willing to work around my anxieties. I’m happy I chose this place!

I made my first appointment with Gentle Care based on the reviews. I really wanted to like this dentistry but it didn’t work out. There’s a small parking lot available for parking which is great. The business itself is clean and maintained. There’s even a corner where children can go play video games while they wait which is great. All the dental technicians are very polite. Good vibes so far. When I arrived the receptionist was attentive. Check in as a first time patient was easy. I was let in and guided to the back where x rays were taken. So this is the second time I’ve encountered a dentist with those X-ray machines where you stand and it takes a picture of your whole mouth at once. I love Gentle Care! I'm a very nervous patient and have put off visiting the dentist for a long time as a result. The first time I came, I ended up having to leave early so they kindly prioritized me and expedited my appointment to get me to work on time! When I received my treatment plan, I had someone sit with me and explain what every single line meant, what was covered, and worked with me to prioritize the best steps to make my treatment as easy and effective as possible. Today I had fillings done by Dr. Gim and Sandra. I've been anxious about the numbing process. They talked me through it and made sure I was comfy with everything. Incompetent front desk staff , Veronica. Had my mother waiting for over 45 mins just to inform her she was at wrong location and they had no available appointments for her to be seen by a dentist , why not let her know as soon as you check in a patient instead of having someone wait and waste time. I asked to speak to supervising manager Lety , let’s see if she follow ups on my concern.
