I kept wanting to give them breaks but now it seems they are too busy for the load they have. I called in my prescriptions Yesterday and I took until 4pm today to get them and they did not do my roommates pills at all. Driver are great when you can get a delivery spot. I called Thursday to check that they had received them and told them I will call tomorrow for delivery. Which is there policy. But all of sudden there is no spot available when I call at 8am. So we got a ride and showed up 30 min before they were set to be ready. I was lied to. Administrative gaslighting and shifting the goalposts is hard at work here. They need more help so the service is going to suck.

Looks like I've had an experience that a customer has had before changing my medication to another facility pharmacist was not informed of the situation but act like he was felt the need to shut me up and not let me tell the whole situation in a matter of seconds he felt he knew the whole story when the lady workers was trying to save her own otherwise he would have been told the truth and then he wouldn't have got the rudeness that he caused himself to receive I am not nuts I have a vivid memory and also maybe you need to start recording your phone calls so that when a customer tells you the truth you can't tell them know they're wrong

They suck their always messing up my meds or putting them back on shelf day after they call me

Have had my medicine filled there for years always willing to help and they deliver

Mary has been a godsend and worked diligently when I had an insurance issue. Jenn has always been amazing and on top of everything. Jonathan just got my scripts sent out to me when I was in dire need. This crew is the best! Love this pharmacy!!!
