I’ve had only good experiences with Genoa Pharmacy. They are quick, efficient, and consistently call me in advance to let me know when it’s time to pick up my prescription.

I cannot say enough about how kind and compassionate Terry and Vivian were to me during my sons recent manic episode. they quickly filled the prescription so I would not have to wait long because my son was very agitated and not able to sit still. Terri also helped me to get an ROI form so the doctors could speak with me about my son‘s care because he’s over 18. I drive 30 minutes to this location because they are wonderful people.

⚕️🥼They work with most insurance 🧐 and they are cheaper💵💰 than most. Nice 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ people and willing to help. I transferred my medication💊 from a different location and the process was very very smooth👍 no complaints. 🙂‍↕️😁🤗🤓

So grateful to Vivian who went above and beyond to get things resolved with our insurance. She spent so much time communicating with the insurance on our behalf. Thank you for your time and effort! You're amazing!

They don't have my meds ready when they say they will then they give me the wrong med. But it's ok my lawyer is on it. I don't mess when it comes to my meds.
