I had never heard of this pharmacy until recently. We, like many, have faced challenges trying to find a certain prescription for my daughter due to a shortage. I was in tears because of the staff at CVS. I called my daughters pediatrician and they recommended this pharmacy, reached out to them on my behalf to see if they had this medication in stock, and they did. It wasn't even an hour later and it was ready for pick up. The pharmacy technicians were friendly and efficient. When I got home, I noticed the bag seemed a little heavier than it should. I looked inside and there was a thank you card, SIGNED (handwritten, not typed) with a magnet and brochure. NO ONE does these kind gestures anymore. The women at Genoa are always efficient, friendly and courteous... I actually enjoy picking up my scripts there.

I used to go to Walgreens for my medications. Now that I have been to Genoa, I do not want to use any other pharmacy. The staff at the St. Peters location is truly amazing. Whitney and Dana hype you up, and help you figure out your medication situation even when you are struggling. The pharmacy is great at filling medications quickly and on time. There is hardly ever a long line to wait in. They make it fast and easy. One thing I appreciate more than anything is when I was having trouble taking one of my medications correctly and Whitney was able to separate it for me into days that way I still had control over my medications and was able to manage it properly. So if you want a pharmacy that cares and is kind I definitely recommend Genoa in St. Peters. You will not regret it.

Ever since I was forced to leave Walgreens pharmacy due to my insurance changing I've struggled to find a pharmacy that I really like. This was until I found Genoa. The convenience that they offer by being in the same building as my doctor's office is amazing. They anticipate when my medications are due for refills and refill them for me without me even asking so they're ready when I need them. They even call me to let me know that they're ready to be picked up. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful every time I visit and they even offer to let me pick up my meds and pay later that week over the phone or in person if payday is still a couple of days away. I'm very grateful to have found a caring and flexible pharmacy like Genoa and plan to stay one of their customers for a long tim

I live about 60 miles round trip from the st.peters location and choose to stay here instead of using Genoa in my town. Dana is the reason for that. Shes very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable with her. I recommend this st.peters location for anyone using Genoa.
