Absolutely unheard of positive experience in a medical setting these days. Ryan and the entire staff at this pharmacy are so incredibly helpful and seem truly happy to help. I personally feel like they go out of their way to give their patients an exceptional experience, and it shows. Additionally; the location is convenient to 285, and has plenty of parking. The hours are standard operating hours, however they offer free overnight shipping for most (if not all medication)!! This is insanely helpful and convenient. They also offer customized, pre-filled daily meditation organizers. (Reimagine the generic weekly pill organizer, and cross it with a medication with clear instructions & foil backing.) These are seriously the most pleasant people in pharmacy. I worked in pharmacy for 8 years and it's emotionally draining stuff but these folks are always just super kind and patient and helpful. I drive multiple towns away to fill my scripts with them just because of how amazing they are.

Absolutely lucked into discovering this pharmacy which was conveniently located within Lifestance Therapists & Psychiatrists. The staff there are wonderful and will go above and beyond for their patients. It's a huge bonus to have them attached to a provider I see because the coordination of care and communication is 10's across the board. They work really hard to fight insurance companies for medication that's affordable and are happy to work with the providers to come up with alternative solutions so there's never really stress or discouragement when it comes to mediation management. Pretty sure I'll never go back to the chain pharmacies again if smaller groups like this continue to exist!

I was with another pharmacy for about 10 years and 4 months ago decided to switch to Genoa. I couldn't be happier to now be with Genoa. Now, my husband and son are able to have their medications through Genoa as well. They always call a couple days before your meds are due to check if you'd like them sent through the mail. I have never known of a pharmacy, other than over the net and Walgreen's, that's willing to mail them to you. You are always greeted with a smile and never made to feel as if you are a nuisance. Some pharmacies will make you feel as if they are just to busy to answer your questions or take your prescription at the counter. I am so glad that I found a pharmacy I can truly count on. I don't ever do reviews, maybe 4 my entire existence, but I felt compelled to do so. Thanks

Very rare to actually get customer service from a pharmacy nowadays. These folks will find discounts for you, give you advice, and provide fast and free delivery! I'm tired of being ignored by the big chain pharmacies. Genoa is everything a pharmacy should be.
