Genoa Pharmacy is my new favorite pharmacy because of the atmosphere: its building is set up not looking like a typical pharmacy, more like a building which shares other office spaces. The gal who helped me when I called to inquire about medicine interactions, she was on it, & the info I received put my mind at ease. I'd like to consider them my new home-base pharmacy. All the staff deserve many high fives, whether inside the store or in the street! Amber at the campus dr., tucon, az location was nothing but professional and went above and beyond to help me understand the different pricing vs formularies. She checked for add discounts I was elidable for!

Genoa pharmacy always has a specific medication often on backorder at every other pharmacy in town, and nationwide for that matter. I had this prescription successfully filled once at Genoa. The pharmacist then refused to fill my prescription citing "feeling uncomfortable" with patients utilizing more than one pharmacy. She stated her requirement "all" of her patients use the Genoa pharmacy exclusively. Now, I am again in the situation of no pharmacy in town having the medication available for the foreseeable future, yet I'm sure it is sitting, unaccessible to me, in this pharmacy. It is really tragic this pharmacist would block patients from prescribed medication and that it is legal.
