This pharmacy is honestly the best I've gone through. They actually answer my calls unlike other pharmacies, and they're very patient with me every time. I've called while emotional and they wait for me every time. I've gone in sickly and a bit out of it and every one is always really understanding. Genoa has genuinely made medications easy for me.

Yvonne and Tina are beyond amazing, they always do whatever it takes to make sure I get my medication when I need it. They make phone calls, do footwork and I know that they genuinely care. I'm in recovery and the first 6 months was rough. I wouldn't be where I'm at, 497 days clean, without their support and determination. I will follow them whenever they go...

I’ve never been met with more disrespect, haughtiness, arrogance and overall, outright laziness, lack of empathy and a high horse attitude. I went without a mood stabilizer for a week because they couldn’t tell the difference in two meds. Oh yeah and it’s 1:09 pm and the phone still goes to voicemail. You can’t win for losing here. It’s disheartening and it saddens me to think about how many people have been affected by this. The lady supervisor is the worst. She has a god complex. This is at the pharmacy in roseburg, or. Please fix this!! They treat mentally ill people inside the building and people with ptsd (etc). This is an atrocity what they’re doing here. They should all be investigated and dealt with accordingly. Thank you.

So I have just recently used this pharmacy and besides the convenience of it located directly across the lobby from my doctors office, I have to say that the ladies that work there in the pharmacy are very attentive, nice, charismatic and always have a smile on. They responded quickly fill my prescriptions quick and overall just love coming here. Those ladies always make my day!!

This is the best pharmacy. The staff here truly go out of their way to get the meds out for our daughter in a timely fashion. They are very helpful and we really appreciate you all. Thank you for all you do. God Bless You!❤
