Genoa Healthcare

Alright, I've given Genoa another go and I'm going to have to stick with my one star review. First of all, there's no reason for a healthcare business, ANY healthcare business, to be closed for lunch. You need to take staggered lunches so that customers can still be served while some staff members are on break. It's unacceptable to make people wait for their medication while all of you go to lunch at the same time, ESPECIALLY because you're not open on weekends (which is also ridiculous by the way, if it's a staffing issue then hire somebody). There's like four of you in that little box at one time, find some work ethic. Second, I had my son's prior authorization done back in JULY, it is now OCTOBER; AND I followed up with Creative Health's nursing staff to make sure all my documentation

Called in to see what insurance they took and the wait time for setting up an appointment. When you call the phone number on google apparently it takes you to some back of house place which then needs to transfer you to the front desk, the front desk then needs to transfer you to the correct department?! After all this, the phone call just dropped after like 45 seconds. Horrible customer service

First visit I'll have to get back but pleasant experience..so far so good .

I am a client ☹️ and the service has changed very poorly, the employees now are NOT NICE, very few are nice…. missing her employees from before 😢

Not very attentive. Stood their an was ignored for a bit.
