Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy

I'm so impressed with Theresa and the team at Genoa in Milford. They work very hard to obtain medication that is hard to get, and they are very cheerful about the whole process. They definitely go above and beyond. The customer service is outstanding. I don't know about other Genoa locations, but this one is a major credit to the company and a great help for those of us in Connecticut. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE Genoa pharmacy located within Bridges Healthcare in Milford, CT. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. There have been many times that I have phoned to call in my refills only to find they have already been filled and processed! They offer free delivery, too, which I have had to take advantage of several times due to car troubles. They also offer awesome little perks while you wait, like bottled water, lip balm, pens, magnets, candy, etc. I believe they might give out crayons and coloring books to their child patients. They have seasonal coloring and drawing contests as well as little gifts they give out like reusable shopping bags and lunch boxes. They are awesomely flexible with your bill/account, too. I’m a fairly new customer, only a few months. Previously, I had been at an area CVS for the last decade. I had so many problems with medication refills etc that I’d be forced to run out of particular meds (that you cannot abruptly stop). That was it. I’m so happy my Docs office suggested Genoa! And they always have a cute candy, etc in their deliveries! Yes, they deliver. As I’m disabled, that’s HUGE to me. So, thank you Genoa!
