It's so awesome to go to a pharmacy and be greeted with a smile and calm pharmacy representatives. They are so polite and respectful to customers and extremely helpful. I can't emphasize that enough. I was referred to this pharmacy through the county health department for a specific vaccine. Their pharmacist Ben called me shortly after and provided all the information I needed without me even having to ask. When I did have questions about insurance, he said he'd check and call back. Then he actually called back a short time later! That is saying a lot in itself in this day where call-backs are virtually unheard of. I'll never go to a different pharmacy. Sometimes we had to go to another but every time I never got the service I did like I do here Genoa. The workers in here always greet and smile. Carry conversations with you. And better yet start calling you by name in just couple weeks. I love this place. I drive 60 miles round trip just to pick up my scripts from them. Keep up the hard work you guys are rock stars

I was sold on the idea of using Genoa Pharmacy from my Dr who explained that they deliver your medication to your door, since I have no transportation I finally relented, they were great at first delivered every month at my door then without any notice by mail or in person I was told that they no longer are a delivery pharmacy, ok I could deal with that but then my medication everything that everything could happen wrong happened 1 out if 3 anti rejection medication from a kidney transplant was missing & I didn't notice at first & didn't know how long they were missing for if I miss even 1 my kidney could reject, some of the medication sheets were missing entirely, after going to a Dr appointment I knew that other anti rejection eye drops had refills from a cornea transplant then they we
