This pharmacy is the best that I've ever encountered. The pharmacist is so polite. He is also so informative. Very efficient and very respectful. All who works there is just pleasant to be around. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy.

Just bad people compassion free if you can avoid it avoid it do not volunteer your insurance information because under their sem Grant they have to help you per Grant rules. They will try to refuse you and when they do they will write like a child on your prescription so that every other Pharmacy has trouble accepting it

The pharmacy itself tends to have more of a selection of medications available than other pharmacies around monroe. Along with that, the pharmacy staff are amazingly kind, and incredibly helpful. Have been using Genoa for years now.

We were charged and paid for vitamin we did not receive and they sent meds. but not all medication arrived even though they had medication listed on medication sheet. Please double check your medication you are receiving. They do make mistakes.
