I get mailed medication from this Genoa and every month they’ve messed up my periodic refills, tried to send them late past when my last months prescription would have run out, and this month they’ve left me without an important medication for 10+ days and just now informed me it was on back order and I should look elsewhere. I’m so disappointed that my needs were so unimportant that no one could call to give me an update.

Frustrating customer service. Every time I called, the person answering the phone would interrupt me mid-sentence and then put me on hold. They never sent my medication on time either, I had to call twice just to get one prescription that was already weeks late. Use another location if you can.

They have been awesome for us! Very helpful and friendly. They even set up having our recurring prescriptions to be mailed to us.

Kind, helpful people, amazing prices! Love the option to have prescriptions mailed to me. I don’t use any other pharmacy if I can help it.
