Absolutely phenomenal staff!!! They always go above and beyond to make managing my many prescription's such a smooth and stress free process. Every interaction is comforting and very welcoming. It is hands down THE BEST pharmacy that I have filled my meds at and would not be changing it unless I am forced out of the state. Thank you for providing such amazing service to the community.

All the staff at Genoa are all amazing from the Techs to the managers are all amazing without a doubt always helpful. They all go above and beyond when it comes to anything that I need. They have become more of a family more than words I will never transfer my medication and supplies from there as long as they keep the staff that they have. Love them all thank you guys for all that you do for me and the community.

Friendly staff who go above and beyond to get my families medications when they are needed. They always remember me and have things ready before I run out which is extremely helpful. They offer free med packaging and free delivery. Not to mention the delivery driver is an absolute delight. I ALWAYS recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to get away from corporate pharmacies.

Lack of communication between CHR's doctors and Genoa Pharmacy....called Genoa on a Friday employee tells me the refill is for that Monday she checked her system,now Monday comes and the employee tells me nothing is in the system,employees are really nice but my main concern is efficiency.

I have never had any issues with this pharmacy in the 6 months I've been going there. David and the staff have been so friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work 👍. Also, extremely convenient location, for me anyways.
