I have been having consistently terrible experiences ever since they hired this terrible woman who lacks compassion, empathy, or even a shred of professinalism. She does not answer the phones (you have to call about three times in a row to get her to answer) and when you do she will go as far as lie to you to get you off the phone. These guys use to be the best, but with her on board, I think I'm going to take my business to a more respectful place.

I had the worst experience with this pharmacy. Ashley the pharmacy technician refused to refill one of my medications that I ran out of because I was not refilling all of my prescriptions. She told me either I refill them all or none at all, she said she needed to make sure that I was taking my other medications. This was by far the most outrageous situation I have ever experienced at any pharmacy. I had no idea that the pharmacy was tasked with the job of making sure the customers are taking all of their medications? Maybe I couldn't afford all the medication and in stead decided to just get the most important or needed ones? Why is the pharmacy monitoring my medication usage ? Is this some sort of discrimination? Do they treat all of the customers this way? I really have hundreds of ques

i absolutely love this pharmacy. The staff members are so helpful they are almost like family. Lee who answers the phones most of the time is so helpful and always in a good mood if you're having a bad day. Same with Jeannie who is the pharmacist and is always happy to answer any questions that you have you never ever get put on hold and it's not like a corporate pharmacy, where the staff can place you on hold for up to an hour, and also give you other people's medications and lose your triplicate and this happened to me more than once at a CVS. Now Genoa also offers free delivery and the delivery man Phil is one of the kindest and most generous people I've ever met. The Genoa Pharmacy near me closed its doors. The head pharmacist there was able to stock a medication that I had needed for a year. My insurance company had refused to allow me to take name brand medication instead of generic, the latter of which was being held in distribution centers all over the U.S. The alleged substitute medication allowed by my insurance caused dangerously high blood pressures daily requiring additional medications. The local chain store pharmacists did nothing to access the medicine I need, leaving me with possible permanent heart damage from severe hypertension. I sincerely hope that the pharmacists at the other locations are as helpful and caring as Lee.

Recently I’ve changed pharmacy’s from Walgreens to Genoa, best decision ever. All the ladies over there Jeannie, Courtney, Lee, they are the absolute best. They are super sweet and I enjoy everytime going to pick up my prescription. They take out the time to answer any questions. And my birthday is tomorrow, they sent me a birthday card (along with my prescription)!! It makes me smile so much to know they care. If you want to come to a pharmacy that really cares about you, come to Genoa.
