Love them. They are best. I go here every month. One of the best pharmacies and Pharmacist I have ever seen!! She is a wonderful lady. The staff in there are great. I've only met the two who are always there but they are good people..

There is an employee by the name of Heather that answers the phone that I don't appreciate her disposition over the phone. I hate to leave a low rating when it's literally only one person I have an issue with. She has a very condescending, rude phone etiquette. I have worked in customer service and she has zero customer/client skills. Unless it's a race issue. She is the only person in this entire city that I have a complaint on. I have never left a one star rating. I could call and ask to speak to a manager, but she seems very comfortable being rude. I didn't say anything last month, when she was rude but this is a whole new year & new month. Attitude, exasperated she made it seem like I was bothering her to want to get my prescription filled. It's has to really be something special to get me to do this. Or a horrible experience. LOL I've already decided to give them 7 stars. Here's their other 2 ⭐⭐ 😜 Been using them for about 2 years. The techs are attentive and so generous. Pharmacist is always available for questions/help with your meds. Wait times are 1/4 of what they are at big chain pharmacies and the customer service is outstanding!! (Unlike Walgreens on 90 in Lake City) 🙄

Good prices but can't ever get someone on the phone and they apparently don't do automatic refills. They even told me that they didn't know if they contacted doctor offices to get more refills on our prescriptions. Wish we could find a pharmacy in this state that did both affordable prices and good service.
