I've moved on to a different pharmacy up the road where I'm treated with respect and in a courteous behavior. I cannot say the same for the way I was treated @ Genoa Pharmacy in Laconia. This happened on multiple occasions, I will not give them another opportunity to treat me this way.

This Pharmacy used to be run very well, it seems like at the end of this past summer the quality of service has gone down quite a bit, when you call there nobody answers the phone, lots of mistakes are being made and when you point them out all I get 4 a response is "Sorry I'm alone today". Just because they are experiencing staffing issues does not mean they can treat their clients poorly which is clearly what is happening!

Everyone of the techs and pharmacists are very kind and patient with me. I've never had any issues with them. They are polite and efficient and I love that my pharmacy is in the same building as my therapy.

Nancy is a horrible person she let's people on fixed incomes go without life saving medications like insulin and medications for extreme clinical depression and schizophrenia I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing that they put their customers lives in danger

This place is a liability and poor confidentiality practices. The consequences of using them aren't worth the delivery services.
