I'm not really sure how to feel. I was told that they'd call me to refill my son's prescriptions & that I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting the prescription being refilled. Well here we are today & down to two pills and I had to call them. The person who helped wasn't rude at all, but did mistake my son for not having updated insurance. But that was quickly resolved & since I can't get it delivered to my job I'll be picking it up tomorrow. Not bad, but also not the expectation that was set.

Poor customer service. The person who answered the phone, started asking information and looking up the prescription, then abruptly told me I couldn’t be helped because “they are now closed” and hung up. What kind of circus are they running? That’s not professional service AT ALL

For 2 1/2 years, I’ve been going to Genoa. I have been more than cordial every time I interacted with them. Today, I had amazing issues with pricing. Once corrected, I sat quietly and waited. 30 minutes later they shut the windows to close. I tapped on the window and the pharmacy tech came around and said they were closed. I said “ma’am. I’ve been sitting here patiently waiting on you and I have to have my medication. I cannot go without my medication“ I was told they did not know that I wanted my meds (no other reason to be sitting there waiting) and that they had them ready for me when I first walked up. They told me that I said I did not want my medication. I said “Why else would I be sitting here as I’ve done for the last 2 1/2 years?”. The pharmacy tech went back through the door to t

While the service may not be the most expedient, it is always courteous and friendly.

The main pharmacist is so rude! They never get my prescriptions right. Wait times are ridiculous. They act like they cannot be BOTHERED with any questions or concerns.. changing pharmacies immediately!!!! I’ve never been talked down to like that.
