They’re super nice until they make a mistake then blame the patient to cover their butts. I have told them several times my son gets dispil packs unless there is a short fill to get him through until the next appointment (when they cannot do dispils) in which case I want child safety caps. They attempted to twist my words around and say “you requested safety caps last time” and blame me when they failed to do dispil packs. No apology, just rudeness on their part. If any other pharmacy in town specialized in mental health I’d go there in a heart beat. I’m unfortunately stuck here due to the nature of the meds. Don’t recommend.

I take many of my clients there. They've always been very helpful and polite. Yolanda is really helpful. Peggy was great as well.

Terrible service. They consistently make errors. Do not deliver on time to group homes or facilities. There is no on call staff for emergencies. Medication filling errors are the norm. Essential medications are not filled or shorted and patients are told to go without. Malpractice at it's worst!

I have had absolutely nothing but good to say about Genoa! My prescriptions are always on time, and I mean always. They never mess anything up, if your delivery does not go out in the morning it goes on in the afternoon batch. The staff are extremely friendly, Yolanda and Angie being my two favorite to deal with probably because they're the two main that I talk to but I love these ladies and they are absolutely awesome at what they do and they really care about their job and your prescriptions and when they get to you and they are on time. I'm very happy with Genoa. And they do work with other pharmacies I've had all my prescriptions switched over to Genoa without a glitch. So for anybody that's questioning Genoa, there's no reason to fear not getting your prescriptions on time. You WILL g

I had a case manager through recovery technology I remember I was on synthetic opiates for my pain that the doctor put me on well I put my prescription of synthetic opiates to Genoa Genoa pharmacy I thought I got my right prescription didn't send me my synthetic opiates I found out my case manager gave the orders to Genoa to switch my medicine against my will without me knowing oh yeah I found out about well they sent me trazodone instead of synthetic the person my brother at the time I was living with my best friend knew something was up cuz I wasn't acting so he he researched it we found out they sent me trazodone
