Well the ladies I have talked to at Genoa have always been very kind. However I had experience today that I felt was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. I am extremely allergic to dairy, and unfortunately dairy is used in the pressing of most pills. Before I learned this, I had taken medications that made me incredibly sick, it was just listed as an adverse reaction. I had to go to the ER 3 separate times before the doctors realized I was reacting to the lactose in the medication. When my psychiatrist was talking to who I assume is the head pharmacist, I believe his name was Dillion, looked to be the only male working there. I could clearly over hear his conversation from the lobby, in which he claimed "looking for a fast acting anxiety medication that doesn't contain dairy would be

A family member was in tremendous need of her medication. However, they are closed on a Wednesday when it says they are open, and it isn't a holiday. Very unreliable in a field where you have to be reliable.

Wonderful prices for medications and helpful services. Love that they will mail your prescriptions to you

Great pharmacy, but Janice will berate and harass you if she feels like it

Geat friendly service and people that work there, and they deliver your meds if you can't get to them.
