Genoa Healthcare

This is hands down the best pharmacy I've used. The pharmacists are super personable and treat you like an actual person. If I was better with names, I would call them out individually, but EVERYONE there is just so great. They are great with prices, great with refill speed, great with communication if anything arises, etc. I would wholly recommend Genoa over any other pharmacy. Especially over the big corporate guys. 5 stars

I don't usually leave bad reviews but they are so short staffed that I have been trying to call for 5 days straight and can't not a single person pick up the d phone. I wouldn't ever suggest this pharmacy at this point and time. A few months back it was a great pharmacy but these last few months have got very bad. No one wants to answer the phone, they don't have no one to send out medicines.

This is the best pharmacy period, I've been to every pharmacy within 20 miles. Ive been coming here for 5 years. They're the fastest, cheapest, most helpful, friendliest, and the most considerate, and they are understanding and willing to help in any way possible, theyve done more than that have had to do to help me at times. That's how nice they are. If someone has a problem it's becuase they've got an attitude problem. People like that are gonna have problems at any pharmacy, or any other business that provides a service. Everyone that works there is really nice and they always have been, and I've never had any type of problem with a single person that works there. They have the best prices period, bar none. Haven't really had too bad of an experience except for when apparently my card didn't work over the phone. I asked them to maybe give me a call if something happens and was met with a real sassy boy attitude from the guy saying "we don't really DOOO that". You know the attitude I'm talking about. A real MEEE-YOW kinda fella.

I RECENTLY SWITCHED TO THIS PHARMACY A FEW MONTHS AGO & IT HAS BEEN SUCH A RELIEF FOR ME. I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY RX NOT BEING IN STOCK, & JUST THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF ON THE PHONE, & INSIDE THE PHARMACY.
