Genoa Healthcare pharmacy doesn’t just say it on the website, they truly do go above and beyond. They take the time to know you as a person—not just a prescription. When I call, they know who I am- which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. Something I’ve noticed is the staff has been consistent since I started coming here, which to me speaks volumes about how much they care for both their patients and their team. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that really does put people first. I would give it more stars if I could.

This is a horrible place that doesn’t answer phone calls ever. They’re only reachable by email or if you come in person to the office. I had an issue with my medication with the pharmacy and I had to wait on hold for over an hour. The customer service agent didn’t want to help me and said I needed to get the reason for why the pharmacy wasn’t putting my prescription through when I clearly stated the reason why. I called my pharmacy back and they told me that the doctor’s office needed to contact them back but they never answer the phone. So I sent emails and went without my medication for almost a month. Finally I went into the office where the front desk ladies were just laughing and not doing their job. I had to yell at them to get me to take me seriously which is completely ridiculous.

Amazing pharmacy. Ever since I’ve switch to specialty/ community pharmacy’s the headaches have gone away. Alina and Amanda are fantastic. I recommend this gem of a pharmacy to everyone.
