I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of this staff. The pharmacist has gone above and beyond to make sure I receive my medications, he has called my doctor's office to assist me with refills and messages me when it is all ready. No wait time for me. Thanks Genoa!

I was told in December 2022 that I had to use the in house pharmacy for MHMR, Genoa pharmacy. Wanyu is the pharmacist, and EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful. I have found VERY SUSPICIOUS activity with my prescriptions. Wanyu and Barnedra Welsley have interfered with me getting my Mental Health medications, EVERY MONTH, beginning January 2023. I was told in May 2024 that I didn't have to use the in house pharmacy, Genoa pharmacy, for my medication. In fact, it was NEVER a requirement!! I find this attitude and behavior disturbing. I have asked for Wanyu pharmacy number, and am continually refused. If I had done the things he has to me, would be concerned about the State of Texas pharmaceutical board, knowing, as well. Wanyu doesn't know me, or anything about me. He has chosen how I should be
